The proposed project is located in Maricopa County on SR 303L between 51st Avenue and Interstate 17, as well as on Interstate 17 between Dove Valley Road and Dixileta Drive within the City of Phoenix. The proposed work consists of widening the mainline SR 303L and constructing four new directional ramps for the I-17/SR 303L System Traffic Interchange. The work includes installing storm drain systems, placing Portland cement concrete pavement, constructing retaining and noise walls, cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete bridges, precast prestressed girder bridges, and a bridge featuring precast prestressed girders along with steel tub girders. Additional work includes installing new signage, pavement markings, lighting, traffic signals, and other related work.
