The proposed project is located in US 70 about 25 miles southeast of Globe and in the San Carlos Indian Reservation, it consists of construction of an eastbound passing lane and 5 foot shoulder on US 70 from MP 274.57 to MP 275.59, within the SE District, in Graham County. Proposed work consists of placing micro-surfacing on top of asphaltic concrete and aggregate base on the passing lane and fog coat on top of asphaltic concrete and aggregate base on the 5’ shoulder. Additional work includes some drainage work, replacing pavement markings and other miscellaneous work.
