The proposed project is located in Yuma County within the City of San Luis along Cesar Chavez Blvd between Escondido Street to Avenue E. The work consists of reconstructing the roadway along Cesar Chavez Blvd to a four lane divided roadway intersection channelization at intersecting streets, drainage facilities, asphaltic concrete, signing, pavement marking, signals, lighting, and other related work. The project also includes a one-lane roundabout at the intersection of Cesar Chavez Blvd and Escondido St / San Luis Plaza Dr.
